This is a white mild flesh fish. Caught in deep Arctic waters, and is very high in protein. Our cod is wild caught all over the world depending on the time of year. Most of the year our cod is caught in Northern Pacific waters of Alaska and processed as Product of China at sea to ensure freshness. Many times of the year our cod is the product of Iceland, China or other countries.
